Hey beautiful people! Just wanted to post a little reminder in here, the weather this week is gonna be in the 90's and it'll be hot.🔥 It's super important to stay hydrated this time of year. Between the warm weather and the 6450 ft elevation at Red Rocks, you can get dehydrated fast, especially if you're having a couple drinks at the show. I always bring some coconut water or a gatorade (something with electrolytes!) in my cooler to help keep me hydrated. There is always bottled water on the bus so take advantage of that too.
