Member check-in kicks off at 4:30 PM. Our private bus leaves at 5:45 PM, getting us to Red Rocks by around 6:30 PM. Red Rocks doors open at 6:30 PM, with the show starting at 7:00 PM. The bus will drop back off in Denver approx 1 hr after the show ends.

What to Expect: We’re a traveling social club connecting global fans for a better Red Rocks experience, uniting passionate music lovers to build community and connection.
Membership Required: All ticket holders must be registered BusPartyCo members. We’ll verify your membership at check-in. Sign up here.
Arrival Details: Meet us at 4:30pm for our special member pre-party near the bar. Our private fan club bus departs for Red Rocks at 5:45 pm —don’t be late! No refunds for missed departures.
Checking In: When you arrive, please check in with the Bus Party events team. For check-in, we will ask for your ID (to locate your ticket) and your BusPartyCo membership card (which was emailed to you when you signed up).
Refund Policy: No refunds (unless for show cancellation, illness, or a medical emergency). However, ticket transfers are allowed—email us at events@buspartyco.com to transfer your ticket to another member.
