Prepare for Your Ride
What's Included in an Event Ticket?
Your BusPartyCo Social Club ticket gives you access to a one-hour fan club meet-and-greet at CleverGirl (Previously known as Zeppelin Station) or Punch Bowl Social, where your wristband unlocks 10% off drinks and 15% off food. From there, enjoy a lively journey to/from Red Rocks on a private party bus with other verified members who all agree to our Community Code of Conduct.
We handle all the journey logistics for a smooth and enjoyable experience. An event ticket costs around $49* per person and includes over 3 hours of fun with the music fan club (or more if you watch the show together!) Note: Red Rocks concert tickets are sold separately.

You are responsible for reading the Membership Agreement and our Code of Conduct, which may be updated at any time. All patrons must have an active membership to ride the bus or participate in club events. Sign up here!

Bus Party! Colorado Social Club does not have annual membership fees ($0). You are only responsible for paying the fees associated with the specific club events you want to attend (approx $55 per person all in). Meet-Up Location
BusPartyCo Social Club has two meetup locations. Both bars host member networking events and serve food and drinks. Event check-in is located inside the bar.
1. The North Route meets at CleverGirl Denver (Previously known as Zeppelin Station) at 3501 Wazee Street, Denver, CO 80216 (This is our primary route)
2. The South Route meets at Punch Bowl Social at 65 N Broadway, Denver, CO 80203 (For select shows only)
Street parking is limited at both options, but scooters are abundant, and there is a multi-level parking garage within walking distance from CleverGirl Denver (Rev 360 Parking at 36th & Wynkoop).
A liquor store (RiNo Liquor) and a 420 dispensary (Green RiNo) are within walking distance from CleverGirl. Visit our Members Perks page to learn more about the discounts we offer.
Partner Hotels - Stay Within Walking Distance to the Shuttle
We recommend staying at one of our partner hotels - The Cambria Hotel (our favorite!) or The Vib Hotel. Both options are clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of CleverGirl. Plus, you get 20% off as a BusPartyCo member!
To unlock the 20% discount, sign in as a member and visit The Hotel Discount tab for booking information.
Staying close to the BusPartyCo meetup spot ensures you have a hassle-free trip and don't need to waste additional money on Ubers. It's the easiest way to have a stress-free and smooth Red Rocks adventure!
Meet Your Fan Club & Network on the Way to Red Rocks
Your concert adventure includes a one-hour member meet-and-greet inside CleverGirl. Then, continue the conversation on our private fan club networking bus for a unique journey to and from Red Rocks. The ride to Red Rocks is approximately 40 minutes long, so sit back, crack open a beverage, and spark up a conversation about the first time you saw the band! You never know whom you'll meet on the bus. It could be your new best friend or the love of your life. Both have happened on the music networking bus!
The number one rule as a BusPartyCo member is to be KIND and RESPECTFUL to the community. You'll be surrounded by like-minded people who love the same music as you, so be sure to smile and introduce yourself. The more you participate/chat/sing/dance, the more you'll get out of the experience.
To keep our community safe, please do not come with signs of Entitled/Rude Attitudes, Racism, Homophobia, Sexism, Transphobia, or COVID-19. HAVE FUN & BRING GOOD VIBES TO THE COMMUNITY! Before your first event, please take a moment to fully read our Community Code of Conduct, so you understand what to expect.
Event Checking-In & Boarding Information
An active and in-good-standing BusPartyCo membership is required to attend any Club functions.
Arrive on time at the meetup location. When you arrive, please check in with a Bus Party team member to obtain your event wristband and name tag.
All attendees must have an active Club membership, a valid event ticket, and an ID to attend the event. All members must be 21+ to attend a Club event.
Only one purse, small soft cooler, or tote bag is allowed per person. Red Rocks does not allow large backpacks inside the venue. You may leave items safely on the private bus while at the concert.
All bus seating is open (no assigned seats). Since we are a music networking club, you may change seats on the way home to talk to different people. After all, that's the whole point!
The private bus will drop you off at the Upper North Entrance (top), and you will meet at the Lower South Lot 2 (bottom) after the show. The Lower South Lot 2 is about a 15-minute downhill walk from the venue (past the Uber/Lyft station). Further instructions will be provided on the day of the event.
After the Concert: Returning to the Member Bus
Red Rocks shows typically end around 10:30pm on weekdays and 11:30pm on weekends. You will get home roughly one hour after the show's end time (depending on traffic).
After the show, you will meet in the Lower South Lot 2 (near the Uber/Lyft Rideshare line). Walking out of the venue takes approximately 15-20 minutes to the Lower South Lot. Further instructions will be provided on the day of the event.
The bus will depart the venue 30 minutes after the show ends (e.g. when the show lights go on). You are responsible for communicating with the host/driver and returning to the bus on time. Please be considerate to your community and return to the bus quickly. If you miss the bus, no refunds will be given.
Multiple Drop-offs After the Concert
Our members get multiple stops after the concert. After the Red Rocks concert, we arranged for the private member bus to travel through the city, dropping you off closer to your home or hotel.
The North Route - CleverGirl Food Hall (our primary route):
Stop 1: Zeppelin Station/RiNo Area — Walking distance to The Vib Hotel and Cambria Hotel (our partner hotels, where members get 30% off!)
Stop 2: Downtown Denver at 17th & Champa — Walking distance to the Rennaisance Denver Downtown Hotel, Magnolia Hotel, Hyatt Regency, and Embassy Suites Hilton.
Optional Stop 3: Punch Bowl Social/South Broadway Bars — Ask your host if you need to be dropped off along South Broadway to get closer to home! We will accommodate!
*The Punch Bowl Option is not always available, so please confirm with us beforehand.
The South Route - Punch Bowl Social (select shows only):
Stop 1: Downtown Denver at 14th & California — Walking distance to the Convention Center, Hyatt Regency, or Embassy Suites Hilton
Stop 2: Punch Bowl Social/South Broadway Bars — Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants
Optional Stop 3: Ask your driver if you need to be dropped off along the way! We are happy to get you closer to home.
*No Zeppelin stops will be made on the South route.
You may get off at whatever stop you like. It is all included in your event ticket. You may also ask your driver to drop you off along the designated route at a different spot to get closer to home. This is a benefit of our member services.
BYOB for 21+
Members who are 21+ may legally drink on the bus. As a member, you can bring one small personal cooler with travel beverages (no large or styrofoam coolers are allowed on the bus). You may also bring light snacks before or after the concert (just no popcorn or messy/smelly items, please!)
You may leave items on the private networking bus during the show (most companies don't let you do this!) Your event host/driver will watch over your items during the show. However, please note that seating is open, so you may have to move your cooler to your new seat upon boarding the bus home.
Did you forget a cooler? Or run out of time? No problem! Our local partners, CleverGirl and Punch Bowl Social offer to-go drinks so you can take them on the bus for the ride. Show your wristband to save 10% off your bar tab.
Refund Policy
Due to the advanced planning and nature of our networking events, we are unable to offer event refunds.
Ticket transfers to other members are allowed (no charge). Please email events@buspartyco.com to transfer the name on your ticket with the new member's name, email, and phone number.
FAQ's
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I Need to be a Member to Ride the Bus? Do My Friends Also Need to Sign Up?
Yes, you and your friends must sign our membership agreement and be in good standing to attend our social events. For the safety of our community, everyone who checks in must read the Community Code of Conduct and have an active BusPartyCo membership, which ties them to our liability waiver. We will perform random member verification checks.
2. What Can I Expect on the Music Networking Bus?
Every event/group is different because we unite music fans from all around the world, but in general, you can expect music, lasers, lights, socialization, dancing, singing, and people vibing/hanging out. The more you put into the networking event, the more you'll get out, so don't be shy! Introduce yourself to your neighbors, and sing-a-long! We encourage it!
3. How Many People Fit on the Private Bus?
The group size varies by event, but we typically accommodate 20-30 members. We intentionally keep the group small to encourage genuine connections, as we believe larger groups of 40+ passengers can detract from that experience. This is just one way we set our events apart from the competition.
4. What Should I Pack/Bring with Me?
Your phone, a fanny pack, a good jacket, additional layers if you get cold quickly (i.e. gloves, scarf, or hat), good walking shoes, sunglasses, ear plugs, snacks & drinks for the bus ride, and a water bottle. You'll be on the bus for a total of 1:40 minutes (roundtrip) so plan accordingly!
5. Can I Drink on the Bus? And What Type of Travel Cooler Can I Bring on the Bus?
Yes! Our club is exclusively for those 21 and older, so consuming alcoholic beverages on the party bus is perfectly legal in Denver. Sharing drinks with new friends on the bus is a great way to relax and enjoy the experience. We recommend bringing one or two beverages for the ride to Red Rocks and one for the trip back. As always, please drink responsibly!
You may bring small personal coolers, but please do not use styrofoam coolers (they tend to leak, causing a huge mess). Large tailgating coolers are also prohibited due to space.
6. Is There a Bathroom on the Bus?
There is no bathroom on the bus. Since the ride is approximately 40 minutes one-way, we recommend using the restroom at CleverGirl before departure and again at Red Rocks before the return trip. Peeing in the bus will result in a fine, so please plan ahead.
7. When Does the Bus Arrive at Red Rocks and What Kind of Seats Do Members Usually Get?
We aim to arrive to the doors open because that tends to be the best time to arrive when traveling by shuttle. Getting their much earlier than door opening doesn't necessarily mean you'll get a great spot. 98% of the time our members gets seats anywhere between rows 15-45 -- which are arguably the best in the house. Not too close, not too far. Perfect for sound and sightlines.
8. Should I Tip The Driver/Host?
Yes, tips are appreciated! Our drivers work in the hospitality industry, and tipping is a thoughtful way to show your gratitude (we suggest $5 per person). Unlike typical drivers, ours go above and beyond to enhance your experience. They’re personable, often offering complimentary candy, curating custom playlists, and acting as DJs. They’re also experts on Red Rocks, ready to share insider tips, and can drop you closer to home if it’s along our route. This is just one more way BusPartyCo delivers VIP service to its members!
9. Can I Leave Items on the Private Music Networking Bus?
Yup! You may leave items on the bus while you are at the show, but please note that items may move around if they are not secured in a bag.
10. Can I Bring Food On the Bus?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring light snacks for the ride, but please avoid popcorn or foods with strong odors (like tuna, beef jerky, or garlic fries). Popcorn can be messy, and smelly foods can disrupt the experience for other members. Great snack options include pretzels, chips, candy, or other easy-to-pack road trip treats.
