What's Included in a Bus Party Colorado Event Ticket?
Your BusPartyCo Social Club ticket includes a one-hour fan club pre-party at Black Shirt Brewing Co and Craft Pizza Kitchen in the RiNo neighborhood—the perfect spot for mingling, making connections, and finding your concert crew. It's more than a check-in, it's a community kick-off!

From there, enjoy a lively journey to/from Red Rocks on a private party bus with music, lights, TVs, and other verified members who all agree to our Community Code of Conduct, which keeps the vibes safe, upbeat, and fun. Our member bus runs on a direct route to Red Rocks with no additional stops, so you'll get there at the door open! Other shuttle companies make you sit on the bus for 2-3 stops along the way, adding wasteful time to your journey.
We handle all the journey logistics for a smooth and enjoyable experience. An event ticket costs around $55-$65 per person and includes over 3 hours of fun with the music fan club (or more if you watch the show together!)

Join the Community - Becoming a Member
Bus Party! Colorado Social Club is a members-only social club for global music fans. We seek individuals who value music's unifying power and are committed to fostering authentic connections within the music community. You must be a verified BusPartyCo member to ride the music networking bus or attend a special club event.
When you sign up as a member, you agree to our event liability waiver and terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the Membership Agreement and our Code of Conduct, which may be updated at any time. All patrons must have an active membership to ride the bus or participate in club events. Sign up here!
Membership Fee
Bus Party! Colorado Social Club does not have annual membership fees ($0). You are only responsible for paying the fees associated with the specific club events you want to attend (approx $60 per person all in). Please note that your event fees do not include host/driver tips (optional, but recommended).
Meet-Up Location: Black Shirt Brewing Co in the RiNo Neighborhood
BusPartyCo Social Club now partners with Black Shirt Brewing Co and Craft Pizza Kitchen in the RiNo neighborhood in Denver. Black Shirt is the primary location for all member networking events and serves fantastic food and drinks. Event check-in is located inside the restaurant near the bar.

Travel As A Fan Club & Network on the Way to Red Rocks
Your concert journey kicks off with a one-hour member meet-and-greet—the perfect chance to connect and find your concert crew. From there, hop on our private fan club networking bus for a luxury ride to and from Red Rocks.

The trip takes about 40 minutes (60 minutes on the way home), giving you plenty of time to crack open a drink, share stories (like the first time you saw the band), and bond with fellow fans. You never know who you’ll meet—your new best friend, your travel buddy, or even the love of your life. It’s all happened on the music networking bus! Our member bus runs on a direct route to Red Rocks, so you won't have to worry about additional stops along the way, getting you there much earlier than other companies.

The number one rule as a BusPartyCo member is to be KIND and RESPECTFUL to the community. You'll be surrounded by like-minded people who love the same music as you, so be sure to smile and introduce yourself. The more you participate/chat/sing/dance, the more you'll get out of the experience.

Event Checking-In & Bus Boarding Information
An active and in-good-standing BusPartyCo membership is required to attend any Club functions.
Arrive on time at the meetup location. When you arrive, please check in with a Bus Party team member to obtain your event wristband and name tag. No refunds if you do not show.
All attendees must have an active Club membership, a valid event ticket, and an ID to attend the event. All members must be 21+ to attend a Club event.
Only one purse, small soft cooler, or tote bag is allowed per person. Red Rocks does not allow large backpacks inside the venue. You may leave items safely on the private bus while at the concert.
All bus seating is open (no assigned seats). Since we are a music networking club, you may change seats on the way home to talk to different people. After all, that's the whole point!

The private bus will drop you off at the Upper North Entrance (very top), and you will meet at the Lower South Lot 2 (second parking lot) after the show. Further instructions will be provided on the day of the event.
After the Concert: Return to the Member Bus
Red Rocks shows typically end around 10:30pm on weekdays and 11:30pm on weekends. You will get home roughly one hour after the show's end time (depending on traffic).
After the show, you will meet in the Lower South Lot 2 parking lot. Walking out of the venue takes approximately 15-20 minutes to the Lower South Lot. Further instructions will be provided on the day of the event.

The bus will depart the venue 30 minutes after the show ends (e.g. when the show lights go on). You are responsible for communicating with the host/driver and returning to the bus on time. Please be considerate to your community and return to the bus quickly. If you miss the bus, no refunds will be given.
Multiple Drop-offs After the Concert
Our members get multiple stops after the concert. After the Red Rocks concert, we arranged for the private member bus to travel through the city, dropping you off closer to your home or hotel.
You may get off at whatever stop you like. It is all included in your event ticket. You may also ask your driver to drop you off along the designated route at a different spot to get closer to home. This is a benefit of our member services.

Bus Stop 1: RiNo Hotel Drop-off — Get dropped off at our partner hotels: The Catbird, The Cambria, or The Vib Hotel
Bus Stop 2: Downtown Hotel Drop-off (Downtown Denver at 17th & Champa) — 17th & Champa is walking distance to the Renaissance Denver Downtown Hotel, Magnolia Hotel, Hyatt Regency, and Embassy Suites Hilton.
Optional Bus Stop 3: South Broadway Bars (Punch Bowl Social or Pie Hole Pizza) — Ask your host if you need to be dropped off along South Broadway to get closer to home! We will accommodate!
*The Punch Bowl Option is not always available, so please confirm with us beforehand. ​
BYOB for 21+
Members (21+) may legally drink on the bus. As a member, you can bring one small personal cooler with travel beverages (no large or styrofoam coolers are allowed on the bus). You may also bring light snacks before or after the concert (just no popcorn or messy/smelly items, please!)
You may leave items on the private member bus during the show (most companies don't let you do this!) Your event host/driver will watch over your items during the show. However, please note that seating is open, so you may have to move your cooler to your new seat upon boarding the bus home.
Did you forget a cooler? Or run out of time? No problem! Black Shirt offers to-go drinks and snacks so you can take them on the bus for the ride. Show your wristband to save 15% off to-go purchases.
Refund Policy
Due to the advanced planning and nature of our networking events, we are unable to offer event refunds.
Ticket transfers to other members are allowed (no charge). Please email events@buspartyco.com to transfer the name on your ticket with the new member's name, email, and phone number.

When Does the Shuttle Bus Arrive at Red Rocks and What Kind of Seats Do Members Usually Get?
We recommend arriving around door opening when traveling by shuttle—that’s usually the best time. Getting there much earlier doesn’t necessarily get you a better seat. In fact, 98% of our members end up in rows 15–45, which are arguably some of the best seats in the house. Red Rocks is special because there really aren’t any bad seats—every spot has a clear view of the stage and great sound.
You might see people on Reddit saying you need to line up 2–3 hours early—but that advice is mostly for those trying to snag front-row parking. Since you don’t have to worry about parking when riding a shuttle, you can enjoy your day and still get a great seat. Even die-hard fans don’t need to arrive that early unless parking is their priority.
We’ve personally attended over 200 Red Rocks shows and have driven to over 1000, so we know this formula works. Tailgating at Red Rocks is minimal—just a few people hanging out by their trunks—so you won’t miss much. Hiking before the show is also too exhausting, especially in Colorado’s hot, dry summers; you don’t want to burn your energy before the music even starts.
Arriving at door opening is the perfect strategy—you’ll have an amazing seat and plenty of energy to enjoy the show. We promise!

Does the Bus Make Multiple Stops on its Way to Red Rocks?
Our member shuttle bus runs on a direct route to Red Rocks, so you won't have to worry about additional stops along the way, getting you there much earlier than other companies.

Can I Buy Multiple Tickets in One Transaction?
Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets in a single order; however, all passengers must register as members before boarding the bus. To ensure memberships are active, random checks will be conducted at check-in. Requiring membership helps everyone understand and adhere to our community code of conduct, promoting a positive and respectful experience for all.

How Do I Know How Many Tickets Are Remaining?
When you visit the event/concert page, look for the ticket quantity box (or dropdown box). However many tickets the quantity box shows is how many spots we have available. For example, if the box lets you click up to 10, we have 10+ spots available (FYI, you can only buy 12 tickets in one bulk order). If the box only shows 1, we only have 1 spot available. If you have more than 10 people in your group, please message us so we can check on the exact quantity.

How will Bus Party Colorado prepare me for my Red Rocks concert?
On the day of your event, you’ll receive a special pre-event text with a venue map, your driver’s name and contact info, and other helpful instructions. Before departure, we’ll give a pre-ride briefing packed with local tips and tricks to get you ready for your adventure. Your final reminder email includes a video with step-by-step instructions for exiting the venue. Once you’re on the bus, enjoy a welcome video with fun venue facts and insider tips as you head to Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Where Does the Member Bus Pick Up/Drop Off From at Red Rocks ? What are the logistics I need to know?​

Pre-show pickup and departure is from Black Shirt Brewing Co and Craft Kitchen (unless stated otherwise on your ticket).

After the 40-minute journey together, we will drop you off at Red Rocks at the Upper North Entrance (Top entrance) so you can skip the giant hill and head straight into the venue—Woohoo!

Then, after the concert, members will walk downhill for about 15 minutes to the Lower South Lot 2 parking lot, where party buses are required to line up. You’ll find the member shuttle bus at the bottom of the lot.

From there, the bus will drop you off at one of our partner hotels in RiNo, downtown Denver (17th and Champa), or South Broadway (Punch Bowl Social). If your hotel or home is along the route, let the driver know, and we’ll drop you off there!

Can I Sit with My Friends on the Bus?
Absolutely! We do not assign seating so that friends can sit together. Please note that if you are a large group, you must arrive early to ensure everyone can sit beside each other. If you arrive late, you may get split up from your group.

Do I Need to be a Member to Ride the Bus? Do My Friends Also Need to Sign Up?
Yes, you and your friends must sign our membership agreement and be in good standing to attend our social events. For the safety of our community, everyone who checks in must read the Community Code of Conduct and have an active BusPartyCo membership, which ties them to our liability waiver. We will perform random member verification checks. When we do, please show us your digital membership card (emailed to you) with your name visible.

What is the Community Code of Conduct?
As a member, you are responsible for observing the Code of Conduct/Membership Agreement. Failure to do so will result in being banned from the community. In summary, the code of conduct asks you to be kind and respectful, actively participate, party responsibly, and help keep the community safe.

What Can I Expect on the Music Networking Bus?
Every event/group is different because we unite music fans from all around the world, but in general, you can expect music, lasers, lights, socialization, dancing, singing, and people vibing/hanging out. The more you put into the networking event, the more you'll get out, so don't be shy! Introduce yourself to your neighbors, and sing-a-long! We encourage it!

How Many People Fit on the Private Bus?
The group size varies by event, but we typically accommodate 20-30 members. We intentionally keep the group small to encourage genuine connections, as we believe larger groups of 40+ passengers can detract from that experience. This is just one way we set our events apart from the competition.

Can I Drink on the Bus?
Yes! Our club is exclusively for those 21 and older, so consuming alcoholic beverages on the party bus is perfectly legal in Denver. Sharing drinks with new friends on the bus is a great way to relax and enjoy the experience. We recommend bringing one or two beverages for the ride to Red Rocks and one for the trip back. As always, please drink responsibly!

What Type of Travel Cooler Can I Bring on the Bus?
You may bring small personal coolers, but please do not use styrofoam coolers (they tend to leak, causing a huge mess). Large tailgating coolers are also prohibited due to space.

Can I Bring Food On the Bus?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring light snacks for the ride, but please avoid popcorn or foods with strong odors (like tuna, beef jerky, or garlic fries). Popcorn can be messy, and smelly foods can disrupt the experience for other members. Great snack options include pretzels, chips, candy, or other easy-to-pack road trip treats.

Should I Tip The Driver/Host?
Yes, tips are appreciated! Our drivers work in the hospitality industry, and tipping is a thoughtful way to show your gratitude (we suggest $5 per person). Unlike typical drivers, ours go above and beyond to enhance your experience. They’re personable, often offering complimentary candy, curating custom playlists, and acting as DJs. They’re also experts on Red Rocks, ready to share insider tips, and can drop you closer to home if it’s along our route. This is just one more way BusPartyCo delivers VIP service to its members!

What Should I Pack/Bring with Me?
Your phone, a fanny pack, a good jacket, additional layers if you get cold quickly (i.e. gloves, scarf, or hat), good walking shoes, sunglasses, ear plugs, snacks & drinks for the bus ride, and a water bottle.

How Can I Earn/Use Bus Party Reward Points?
Members earn 25 points for every event they attend. After 75 points, a 20% off coupon will automatically appear in their account under My Rewards. Copy the unique code, visit our events calendar, start the ticket-buying process, and paste the special code in the coupon box before checking out.

Can I Leave Items on the Private Music Networking Bus?
Yup! You may leave items on the bus while you are at the show, but please note that items may move around if they are not secured in a bag.

Is There a Liquor Store or 420 Dispensary Near Pickup?
Yes! Walnut Liquor is next door to Black Shirt, and Life Flower 420 Dispensary is a 2-minute walk from The Cambria and The Vib Hotel. Members get 10% off at Life Flower Dispensary. You can also buy to-go drinks from Black Shirt Brewing (15% off) and keep them in our community cooler.

I Can't Make the Check-in Time. Can I Only Ride the Bus on the Way Home from Red Rocks?
Sure! That's the perk of being a member! If you purchase a ticket, you can utilize it as a one-way out of Red Rocks. Please text your driver on the day of your event and let them know you'll be doing a one-way so we can plan accordingly. They will send you a photo of the bus, details about where it's parked, and any additional information. If we do not hear from you before check-in, we will assume you are a no-show.
