Member check-in kicks off at 3:45 PM at Shambles Tavern, 2 blocks from Clever Girl. Our private bus leaves at 5:45 PM, getting us to Red Rocks by around 6:30 PM. Red Rocks doors open at 6:30 PM, with the show starting at 7:30 PM. The bus will drop back off in Denver approx 1 hr after the show ends.

Arrival Details: Meet us at The Shambles Tavern at 3:45 pm for our special networking social hour. Our private fan club bus departs for Red Rocks at 5:45 pm —don’t be late! No refunds for missed departures.
Checking In: When you arrive, please check in with the Bus Party events team. For check-in, we will ask for your ID and BusPartyCo membership card (which we emailed to you).
Refund Policy: No refunds (unless for show cancellation, illness, or a medical emergency). However, ticket transfers are allowed—email us at events@buspartyco.com to transfer your ticket to another member.
