This is the official shuttle for mike @ Red Rocks. Shuttle check-in starts at 3:15 PM inside the hotel lobby. Our private buses depart at 5:15 PM & 5:25 PM & arrive at Red Rocks around 6:00 PM. Red Rocks doors open at 6:00 PM, with the show starting at 7:30 PM. Drop off at the hotel after the show.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
What to Expect: We transport passionate music lovers from around the world to create a more meaningful, community-driven Red Rocks concert experience.
Liability Waiver Required: All ticket holders must agree to our Liability Waiver at check-in.
Arrival Details: Check in and obtain your shuttle wristband starting at 3:15 PM inside the Sheraton hotel. Our private fan club party bus departs for Red Rocks at 5:15 PM & 5:25 PM—don’t be late! No refunds for missed departures.
Checking In: When you arrive, please check in with the Bus Party events team. For check-in, we will ask for your ID (to locate your ticket).
Refund Policy: No refunds (unless for show cancellation, illness, or a medical emergency). However, ticket transfers are allowed—email us at events@buspartyco.com to transfer your ticket to another member.
