Member check-in kicks off at 2:15 PM. Our private bus leaves at 3:30 PM, getting us to Red Rocks by around 4:15 PM. Red Rocks doors open at 4:30 PM, with the show starting at 4:30 PM. The bus will drop back off in Denver approx 1 hr after the show ends.

What to Expect: We connect passionate music lovers from around the world to create a more meaningful, community-driven Red Rocks concert experience.
Membership Required: All ticket holders must be registered BusPartyCo members and agree to our Liability Waiver. We’ll verify your membership at check-in. Sign up here. Member perks include reward points and hotel savings.
Arrival Details: Meet us at 2:15 pm for our special member pre-party near the bar. Our private fan club party bus departs for Red Rocks at 3:30 pm
Refund Policy: No refunds (unless for show cancellation, illness, or a medical emergency). However, ticket transfers are allowed—email us at events@buspartyco.com to transfer your ticket to another member.
Open Seating: Seats on the bus are not assigned (so seating is first-come, first-serve). We strongly encourage you to mix, mingle, and make friends on the adventure!
