BusPartyCo (BPC) Social Club is the fun and stress-free way to get to/from Red Rocks Amphitheatre while meeting new music fans and friends along the way.
ABW Events created BusPartyCo as a way to organize frequent social gatherings for like-minded music fans. Our private social club allows music fans to get to know one another and travel together to/from Red Rocks as a fan club.
The small private luxury party buses we rent often come from Elevate Rides, which has been ranked Denver's favorite and most trustworthy party bus company for six years in a row. All buses are fully licensed, insured, and backed by Elevate Rides' 5-star reputation on Yelp! and Google, so you know you'll have a safe and secure ride home.
How Bus Party! Colorado works
You must be a BusPartyCo member to attend a Club event. Your special event ticket includes a 30-minute meetup at Zeppelin Station, 10% off your bar tab, complimentary waters, and a pre-arranged roundtrip ride to/from Red Rocks on a private party bus. Red Rocks concert tickets are not included (sold separately).
Becoming a Member
Bus Party! Colorado Social Club is a members-only private club. It is your responsibility to read the Membership Agreement. All patrons must have an active membership to participate in private club events. Prior to attending a Club event, non-members (guests) are required to sign the Membership Agreement. Sign up here.
Membership Fee
Bus Party! Colorado Social Club does not have any annual membership fees ($0). You are only responsible for paying the fees associated with the specific club events you want to attend. Please note that your event fees do not include host/driver tips (optional, but recommended).
Meet-Up Location
BusPartyCo currently meets at Zeppelin Station (3501 Wazee Street, Denver, CO 80216) in the up-and-coming RiNo neighborhood. Zeppelin Station is a creative food hall with eight vendors, arcade games, and a cocktail bar.
Event check-in is located inside Zeppelin Station, near the bar. The private member-only party bus will load in front or along the side of Zeppelin Station (depending on traffic).
Zeppelin Station is located next to the 38th/Blake Lightrail stop. Street parking is limited, but scooters are abundant and there is a multi-level parking garage within walking distance (Rev 360 Parking at 36th & Wynkoop).
There is a liquor store three blocks away and a dispensary next door (Green Rino).
Boarding Details
An active and in-good-standing BusPartyCo membership is required to attend any Club functions.
Arrive on time at the meetup location. When you arrive, please check in with a Bus Party team member to obtain your VIP wristband.
You must have an active club membership, a valid event ticket, and an ID to attend the event. All members must be 21+ to attend a Club event.
Only one purse, small soft cooler, or backpack is allowed per person.
All bus seating is open (no assigned seats). If you are traveling with a large group, please arrive early to reserve seats next to each other.
After the Concert
Red Rocks shows typically end around 11:30pm on weekdays and 12:30pm on weekends. You will get home roughly one hour after the show's end time (depending on traffic).
After the show, you will meet in the Lower South Lot 2 (near the Uber/Lyft Rideshare line). It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk out of the venue to the Lower South Lot.
The bus will depart the venue 30 minutes after the show ends (e.g. when the show lights go on). It is your responsibility to communicate with the driver and make it back to the bus on time. Please be considerate to your community and return to the bus quickly. If you miss the bus, no refunds will be given.
Meet the Music Fan Club
The number one rule as a BusPartyCo member is to be kind and respectful to the community. You'll be surrounded by like-minded people who love the same music as you, so be sure to smile and introduce yourself.
To keep our community safe, please do not come with signs of COVID-19, Racism, Homophobia, Sexism, or Transphobia. HAVE FUN & BRING GOOD VIBES!
The ride to Red Rocks is approximately 30 minutes long, so sit back, crack open a beer, and spark up a conversation! You never know whom you'll meet on the bus! It could be your new BFF.
Three Unique Drop-offs
Our members get multiple bus stops. After the Red Rocks concert, we have arranged for the private bus to travel through the city like a normal bus.
The bus will return to home base (#1 Zeppelin Station) and then head to 17th & Champa (#2 Renaissance Hotel) and finally to South Broadway (#3 Irish Rover and/or Voodoo Doughnuts). You may get off at whatever stop you like. It is all included in your event ticket.
Want to get off along the way? If it's an easy stop on our path, just ask your driver to pull over so you can get out.
BYOB for 21+
Members who are 21+ may drink on the bus. You are allowed to bring one small soft cooler with drinks with you (no large coolers allowed).
You may safely leave items on the bus during the show. Your event host/driver will watch over your items during the show.
Forgot a cooler? No problem! Our partner, Zeppelin Station offers happy hour M-F from 3:00pm - 6:00pm and makes to-go drinks so you can take them with you on the bus. Mention "Bus Party!" to save 10% off your bar tab.
COVID Safety
Being fully vaccinated is highly advised for the safety of you and your fellow fan club members.
This season masks and vaccination proof are not required.
However, if you are not feeling well (including cold or flu) please do not come on the bus. Nobody likes getting sick, so let's all do our part to keep everyone healthy and happy!
2022 Refund Policy
This year we are unable to offer event refunds (unless medical emergency).
Ticket transfers are allowed (no charge).
Please email events@buspartyco.com to transfer the name on your ticket with the new member's name, email, and phone number.
I can’t recommend Bus Party enough.
Cheaper than an uber/lyft (especially while surging), this is the only way to get to and from Red Rocks. We had drinks and headbanged to a top notch playlist. What was far more meaningful however was being able to meet and party with like-minded people. We found an incredible group on bus going to the venue and ended up spending that night and the following day together. This bus literally brought people from Canada, San Francisco, and Seattle together and we’re all now fast friends with plans for future events together. There are lots of options for party buses, but BusPartyCo made this such a personal, special, and fun trip that this is the only bus we'll be using going forward.

A BusPartyCo Membership is FREE and our club events range from $38-$45 per event. That's approximately $20 per way. That's cheaper than a DUI, car crash, rental car, or surging Uber/Lyft (which can be $100 for a one-way!)
