Our Seating Policy + Using Your Voice to Communicate Your Needs
We do not assign or reserve seats. You are in charge of your own destiny and get to pick where you want to sit. Since we are a music networking company, go ahead and change seats to talk to different people. That's the whole point!!!!!!!!!!!
At the end of the night, if someone is sitting in your original seat, go with the flow and don't be stubborn. If you have belongings under the chair, kindly ask them to pass them over. They will happily do it! It's no problem at all. I promise. 😉
Also, if you get separated from your boyfriend/girlfriend/friend (e.g., someone is in the middle of you), say, "Hi, do you mind swapping seats with me? My boyfriend/girlfriend/friend is right there, and I want to sit next to them." Guess what? I bet ya they will say, "Sure! No problem!" That's so much better than sitting miserably for 40 minutes because you were too scared to talk to your neighbor and then complaining that it's our fault. Use your voice to communicate what you need to be comfortable.
